Sparkman Orthodontics is seeking a motivated and dynamic self-starter to join our team in a blended role as a PATIENT CARE COORDINATOR & MARKETING ASSISTANT. This full-time position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about delivering exceptional patient care while independently supporting our marketing initiatives. Being bilingual is a plus, but not required.

Key Responsibilities
Patient Care Coordinator (PCC):
• Serve as the first point of contact for patients, creating a welcoming and friendly environment.
• Schedule appointments, manage patient records, and handle inquiries via phone and email.
• Assist with patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience.
• Answer patient phone calls to assist with their needs.
• Coordinate follow-up communications with patients regarding treatment plans.
• Maintain a clean and organized reception and waiting area.

Marketing Assistant:
• Assist in the execution of marketing strategies to promote Sparkman Orthodontics.
• Support the planning and execution of promotional events and sponsorships.
• Make deliveries and build relationships with referring dental offices through visits and communication.
• Maintain and manage marketing and promotional materials for Sparkman.
• Manage in-office events and execute print materials.

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Previous experience in a customer service, administrative, or marketing role preferred.
• A self-starter who can work independently and proactively manage tasks.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, social media platforms.
• Friendly, approachable demeanor with a passion for providing outstanding patient care.
• Bilingual abilities are a plus but not required.
